terms of service

these are the rules and terms of service for my creations. failure to comply may result in blacklisting.i use invoices via paypal.
blacklist >>

designs & art

1. i require payment before starting any work.2. all purchases are non-refundable.3. users on my blacklist may not own my designs.4. please do not remove my designs from toyhouse, hiding is okay if i am authorized.5. you may edit my designs as long as it is still recognizable and you keep the original file.6. you may not draw feral nsfw or sexually explicit underage content of any of my designs. this will result in blacklisting or reporting.7. you may not sell my designs for more than they were purchased for unless art has been added to the design.8. you may not create "sibling/offspring" designs or adopts with my designs.9. you may sell a design by me that you traded for as long as you do not exceed the design's original worth (unless art was added).10. my art pieces may be edited as long as it is still recognizable.11. backing out of bids may result in blacklisting. this largely depends on the situation.12. complexity fees for items, busy designs, may range from $3-6. chibis and minis will always be simplified!
